1. What materials are your jewelry made from? All our pieces are crafted from premium 316L stainless steel – durable, hypoallergenic, tarnish-resistant, and suitable for everyday wear (including sweat and showers). Some designs include black PVD coating for extra edge.
2. How long does shipping take to the US? We offer the following shipping options (delivery times are business days, excluding weekends/holidays):
- Express Shipping: 3-6 business days – $20
- Free Standard Shipping: 7-14 business days – $0 (most popular!)
- Free Standard Shipping (alternative label): 7-14 business days – $0
- Standard Shipping: 7-14 business days – $10
Tracking is provided for all orders. Orders usually ship within 1-3 business days.
3. Do you offer free shipping? Yes! We provide free shipping on qualifying orders (7-14 business days delivery). Check your cart for eligibility – no minimum purchase required for free standard shipping in many cases.
4. What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return policy for unworn, unused items in original condition. Buyer pays return shipping unless the item is defective/damaged. Contact us at support@bwellrehab.com to start a return.
5. Are your products waterproof? Yes – our stainless steel jewelry is water-resistant and perfect for daily wear, gym sessions, or swimming. Avoid prolonged exposure to harsh chemicals (chlorine, saltwater) to maintain the finish.
6. How do I choose the right size? Each product page includes a detailed size guide and measurement chart. For bracelets and chains, measure your wrist/neck with a string and add 0.5-1 inch for comfort. Rings have US sizing – feel free to message us for help!
7. Do you ship internationally? Currently focused on the US market. If you're outside the US, reach out and we'll see what we can do.
